The Awaiting Death

This incidence took place in rural India. Few medical representatives were coming back from work, they went to Buldhana, and were coming back, from there. As they came near Fekri village, Taluka Malkapur, District buldhana, the climate got worse, they were about to hit by a storm. These parts of the country, usually has a huge storm, followed by a rainfall, few trees are uprooted here and there, nothing major, usually people stand under trees and places where they can hide from the rain.

The driver told the representatives that they have to stop as the climate is worse, so they stopped the vehicle , and few of them stepped down to enjoy the cool climate and a bit of the shower, as the climate around in very hot in summers. The driver also got down, as they were watching the kids play cricket in the rain. They were in Fekri village. As the rain got severe, the boys went in the nearby temple, were few people were already standing   in. the medical representative’s and their driver parked the vehicle beneath a tree, and were constantly watching these kids and their fooling around. As these boys entered the temple, they again started  their mischief, they were around fifteen  twenty boys, as they were standing near the stairs, they used to push a single boy every time out of the temple, in the rain, so that, the boy who was thrown out, would get wet from the rain outside. As this started, there was heavy lightning, over the temple. When the turn of a particular boy used to come, and he was thrown out, the lightning used to have a strange effect, observed the driver. He told these people who he was traveling with the same and these medical representatives also started to observe this strange phenomenon. As this boy was thrown out, the lightning above, used to act strangely, the lighting used to come down till the tip of the Temple, and disappear, when the boy again got back in the temple.

The people observing this phenomenon thought it was strange, as this boy was thrown out by his friends, the lightning used to come down, as the boy quickly, rushed back in, the lightning used to disappear, it was a scene to be watched. This time when this boys turn came one of his friend pushed him hard, his foot fell on the slippery surface of the steps, of the temple, as he lost his balance, and fell 4 feet away from the temple. As he fell in the open rain, away from his friends in the temple, the lightning struck the temple, in full force, electrocuted, the temple and everybody in it. It was terrifying, the temple which had a pale color, had turned black, all the people also turned black as coal, but the kid who was thrown out survived. You call it fate or divine intervention, death waited till the boy was out of the temple, the lightning stopped in the middle whenever the boy came back in the temple, it is said time waits for no one, but death waits till it’s your turn.
